At Turners Solutions, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and quality workmanship to all homeowners, tenants, property managers, commercial clients, and business owners. By scheduling service with Turners Solutions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following policies, procedures, and service terms.

✓ All non - refundable service fees must be paid in full prior to dispatching a technician or confirming placement on the schedule. No appointment times or services are guaranteed until payment has been received and processed.

✓ Labor, materials, additional repairs, and project costs are separate from the service fee and will be quoted after inspection, diagnosis, or evaluation of the project.

Turners Solutions reserves the exclusive right to supply all materials, equipment, fixtures, and components used during repairs, installations, or construction services. Customer-supplied materials are prohibited due to potential issues involving incorrect sizing, defective products, compatibility concerns, missing parts, code violations, manufacturer warranty limitations, and liability risks. Turners Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, damages, or additional costs resulting from customer-requested or unauthorized materials.

✓ Any additional labor, repairs, modifications, or unforeseen work required beyond the original scope must be approved prior to continuation of services and may result in additional charges.

✓ Emergency and same-day service requests are subject to technician availability, scheduling capacity, weather conditions, and operational limitations.

Any completed work, installed materials, equipment, or Turners Solutions property that remains unpaid after completion of services may be subject to removal, suspension of warranty, or additional collection procedures until the outstanding balance has been satisfied in full.

✓ Customers are responsible for providing safe, accessible, and hazard-free work environments. Turners Solutions reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time if unsafe conditions, non-payment, harassment, interference, or violations of company policies occur.

✓ Turners Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, structural deficiencies, code violations, or failures unrelated to the services directly performed by the company.

By requesting, scheduling, or accepting services from Turners Solutions, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these policies and procedures in full.
